kilometers away.

Conference logo Purpose of the conference is to exchange ideas on the recent development on theory and experiments, and to discuss future prospects and new experimental approaches. This is the third conference of the series Beyond the Desert. The two previous ones were organized in Germany 1997 and 1999.

The conference takes place in the city of Oulu located in northern Finland. We expect the participants to arrive at Sunday, 2nd of June. Following week will be scheduled for presentations and a one day excursion to Pyhäsalmi.
